34 Powers of Commission in relation to walkways

The Commission’s powers in relation to walkways include the power to—

(a)

make any arrangements that the Commission considers necessary or desirable to make a walkway reasonably accessible to members of the public:

(b)

promote, supervise, or control activities of committees appointed, or organisations approved, by the Commission for the establishment or enjoyment of walkways by the public:

(c)

monitor controlling authorities in the exercise of their powers and performance of their functions:

(d)

provide for enforcement under Part 4.
