Contents
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Limited Partnerships Amendment Act 2015.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act
This Act amends the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 (the principal Act).
4 Section 79 amended (Disclosure of information and reports)
In section 79(1B), definition of law enforcement purposes, replace paragraph (b)(v) with:
(v)
any offence that is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 5 years or more and includes any act, wherever committed, that if committed in New Zealand would constitute an offence punishable by imprisonment for a term of 5 years or more:
