(1) Section 10(1)(a)(ii) is amended by omitting “any” and substituting “either”.
(2) Section 10 is amended by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:
- “(3) The bodies referred to in subsection (1)(a)(ii) and (b) are the bodies that, on the commencement of the New Zealand Horticulture Export Authority Amendment Act 2008, were known, respectively, as Horticulture New Zealand Incorporated and The Nursery and Garden Industry Association of New Zealand Incorporated.”
