The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Court Martial Amendment Act 2010.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act amended
This Act amends the Court Martial Act 2007.
4 Schedule 1 amended
Item 14 in Schedule 1 is amended by omitting
“Section 22(3)(b)”
and substituting“Section 44(3)(b)”
.
