The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Insolvency Amendment Act 2010.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act amended
This Act amends the Insolvency Act 2006.
4 Meaning of execution process
Section 35 is amended by repealing paragraph (d) of the definition of execution process and substituting the following paragraph:
“(d) having an interim charging order made final under rule 17.59 of the High Court Rules:”.
