The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Amendment Act 2010.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act amended
This Act amends the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997.
4 Schedule 1 amended
Category 2 of Schedule 1 is amended by omitting the item relating to the Plant Variety Rights Act 1981 and substituting the following item:
“Plant Variety Rights Act 1987”
.
