90 Obligation on Director-General

(1)

If a customary marine title group lodges a planning document with the Director-General, the Director-General must, on and after the date that a planning document is registered, take into account the relevant matters set out in the document when reviewing or amending a conservation management strategy that directly affects the customary marine title area of the group that lodged the planning document.

In this section, conservation management strategy has the meaning given in section 2(1) of the Conservation Act 1987.
