27 How evidence may be given

(1)

The FMA may receive evidence—

(a)

given on oath:

(b)

not given on oath:

(c)

if the specified person who is receiving the evidence permits it, given by a written statement:

(d)

if the specified person who is receiving the evidence permits it, given by a written statement verified on oath:

(e)

given by audio-visual communication, if the FMA and the person giving the evidence agree.

(2)

A specified person may administer an oath for the purpose of a person giving evidence on oath.
