19 Copies of parliamentary journals to be evidence


This section applies to copies of the Journals of the Legislative Council or the House of Representatives that purport to be printed by the Government Printer or published by order or under the authority of the House of Representatives.


All courts and all persons acting judicially must admit those copies as evidence of the matters stated in them, without further proof that they were so printed or published.
