(1)
The holder of an on-licence or club licence must ensure that there is available for sale and consumption on the premises alcohol containing not more than 2.5% ethanol by volume at 20°C.
(2)
The requirements of subsection (1) do not apply to the premises if—
they are premises whose licensee—
sells on those premises only alcohol manufactured by the licensee; and
does not manufacture (whether on those premises or somewhere else) alcohol of the kind described in subsection (1); and
the licence was issued or last renewed (whichever occurred more recently), subject to a condition exempting the holder from those requirements.
