Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand Act Commencement Order 1987: revoked, on 31 August 2012, by section 4 of the Regulatory Reform (Repeals) Act 2012 (2012 No 71).

This order is administered in the Department of Trade and Industry.
PURSUANT to section 1(3) of the Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand Act 1986, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand Act Commencement Order 1987.
2 Commencement of balance of provisions of Act
The provisions of the Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand Act 1986 which are not in force at the date of the making of this order, including in particular sections 5 to 19 and the Schedules thereto, shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1987.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force, on 1 April 1987, those provisions of the Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand Act 1986 which are not yet in force. Those provisions transfer to Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, the undertaking of the Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand, a body incorporated under the Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand Act 1973.
