55 Section 125A amended (Chief executive may contract with service providers)

(1)

In section 125A(1)(a), after “that”, insert “, in relation to young persons,”.

(2)

After section 125A(1)(a), insert:

(ab)

that, in relation to persons other than young persons, are services in relation to all or any of Parts 1 to 1P and 2; and

(3)

In section 125A(2)(b), replace “young persons” with “persons to whom the services relate”.

(4)

Repeal section 125(3).
