30 Audit of manufacturing facilities

(1)

This section applies to a manufacturing facility in which a psychoactive substance is being manufactured under a licence to manufacture.

(2)

For the purpose of assessing whether the manufacturing facility complies with the code and, if applicable, any conditions of the licence to manufacture, the Authority may do 1 or both of the following:

(a)

conduct an audit of the manufacturing facility at any time:

(b)

to the extent that the Authority considers applicable, recognise an audit of the manufacturing facility conducted by another person under another enactment or for any other purpose.

(3)

The Authority may conduct an audit under subsection (2)(a) in any manner that the Authority considers is appropriate and consistent with the principles of this Act.
