43 Register of products

(1)

The Authority must keep and maintain a register of—

(a)

approved products; and

(b)

psychoactive products that the Authority has refused to approve.

(2)

The purpose of the register is—

(a)

to enable a member of the public—

(i)

to obtain information about approved products; and

(ii)

to confirm whether a psychoactive product is an approved product:

(b)

to assist any person in the performance of the person’s functions or duties, or in the exercise of the person’s powers, under this Act or any other enactment.

(3)

The Authority must publish the register on an Internet site maintained by, or on behalf of, the Authority.

(4)

This section is subject to section 36.
