The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Insolvency Amendment Act 2013.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act
This Act amends the Insolvency Act 2006 (the principal Act).
4 Section 364 amended (Debtor disqualified from entry to no asset procedure in certain cases)
In section 364(b), replace
“the bankrupt”
with“he or she”
.
