Order

1 Title

This order is the Summary Proceedings (Orders of Reparation) Order 2011.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 13 February 2012.

3 Order of reparation

An order made under any of the enactments listed in the Schedule is an order of reparation for the purposes of Part 3 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957.

4 Sentencing (Orders of Reparation) Order 2006 revoked

The Sentencing (Orders of Reparation) Order 2006 (SR 2006/263) is revoked.

Schedule Civil Aviation Act 1990 revoked, on 5 April 2025, by section 486 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023 (2023 No 10).

1 General

This is a consolidation of the Summary Proceedings (Orders of Reparation) Order 2011 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.

2 Legal status

A consolidation is taken to correctly state, as at its stated date, the law enacted or made by the legislation consolidated and by the amendments. This presumption applies unless the contrary is shown.
