1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (Location and Inspection of Registers) Notice 2007.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 24 August 2007.

3 Meaning of registers

In this notice, the registers means the Fishing Vessel Permit Register, the Permit Register, and the High Seas Permit Register.

4 Location of registers

The registers must be located at the offices of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited situated at Level 6, Eagle Technology House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington.

5 Hours of inspection

The registers must be open for inspection by the public from 8 am until 5 pm on any day except—
- (a) Friday 24 August 2007; and
- (b) a Saturday, a Sunday, Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, the Sovereign's birthday, and Labour Day; and
- (c) a public holiday observed in Wellington; and
- (d) a day in the period beginning on 25 December in a year and ending on 2 January in the following year; and
- (e) if 1 January falls on a Friday, the following Monday; and
- (f) if 1 January falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, the following Monday and Tuesday.

6 Revocation

The Fisheries (Location and Inspection of Registers) Notice 2002 (SR 2002/402) is revoked.
