Contents
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Tax Administration Amendment Act 2013.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act amended
This Act amends the Tax Administration Act 1994.
4 New section 81A inserted
The following section is inserted after section 81:
“81A Disclosure of information under approved information sharing agreement
Despite section 81, the Commissioner may supply personal information about an identifiable individual under an information sharing agreement approved by an Order in Council made under section 96J of the Privacy Act 1993 that is for the time being in force.”
