Pursuant to section 2 of the Family Proceedings Amendment Act (No 2) 2013, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

2 Commencement of Family Proceedings Amendment Act (No 2) 2013
The Family Proceedings Amendment Act (No 2) 2013 comes into force on 31 March 2014.
