The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Copyright Amendment Act 2015.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act
This Act amends the Copyright Act 1994 (the principal Act).
4 Section 206 amended (Membership of Tribunal)

(1) Replace section 206(1) with:
“(1) The Tribunal consists of a chairperson and at least 2, but not more than 5, other persons.”
(2) In section 206(3), delete
“5”
