91 Prohibition on requesting, instructing, inducing, encouraging, authorising, or assisting adverse conduct

(1)

A person must not request, instruct, induce, encourage, authorise, or assist another person to engage in adverse conduct in contravention of section 90.

(2)

A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction,—

(a)

for an individual, to a fine not exceeding $100,000:

(b)

for any other person, to a fine not exceeding $500,000.
