The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
This Act is the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Amendment Act 2015.
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
This Act amends the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009 (the principal Act).
After section 134(1)(b), insert:
section 22 (application for restraining order without notice):
After section 137(2), insert:
(2A)
The duration of the registration of a foreign restraining order may be extended more than once under this section.
