The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1977 Amendment Act 2015.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Purpose of this Act
This Act amends the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1977 to give effect to clauses 9.43 to 9.47 of the deed of settlement.
4 Principal Act
This Act amends the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1977 (the principal Act).
5 Section 17 repealed (Te Puna-Topu-O-Hokianga Trust)
Repeal section 17.
