47 Section 75 amended (Review of coroner’s decision as to making public of details, evidence, etc)

(1)

Replace the heading to section 75 with “Review of decisions relating to publication of details, evidence, etc”.

(2)

Replace section 75(1)(a) with:

(a)

a refusal by the chief coroner to grant an exemption under section 71A from a restriction applying to the publication of details of self-inflicted deaths; or
