This order is made under section 2 of the Land Transfer Act 2017 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.

2 Commencement of Land Transfer Act 2017
The Land Transfer Act 2017 comes into force on 12 November 2018.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings the Land Transfer Act 2017 into force on Monday 12 November 2018. That Act repeals and replaces the Land Transfer Act 1952.
Date of notification in Gazette: 11 October 2018.
