Subpart 5—Private training establishments

342 Minister may recognise categories of private training establishments

(1)

The Minister may, by notice, recognise categories and subcategories of registered private training establishments.

(2)

The Minister must, by notice, specify the criteria for including a registered private training establishment in a particular category or subcategory.

(3)

A notice under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
