Pursuant to section 2 of the Education Amendment Act 2015, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Education Amendment Act 2015 Commencement Order 2015.
2 Commencement of sections 6, 39(2), 40, 41(2), 41(3), and 42 to 50
Sections 6, 39(2), 40, 41(2), 41(3), and 42 to 50 of the Education Amendment Act 2015 come into force on 1 July 2015.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force sections 6, 39(2), 40, 41(2), 41(3), and 42 to 50 of the Education Amendment Act 2015 on 1 July 2015. These sections insert, or facilitate the insertion of, new Part 31 of the Education Act 1989 (relating to teacher registration) and new Part 32 of the Education Act 1989 (relating to the Education Council of Aotearoa New Zealand).
