1 Title

This order is the Education (Disestablishment of Telford Rural Polytechnic and Incorporation in Lincoln University) Order 2010.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 1 January 2011.

3 Telford Rural Polytechnic disestablished, and incorporated in Lincoln University

The institution that, immediately before the commencement of this order, was called Telford Rural Polytechnic is disestablished, and incorporated in Lincoln University.
