Proposed amendments

Hon Christopher Finlayson, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Heading above clause 48

To omit this heading (line 23 on page 47).

Schedule 2: clause 8(3)(a)

To omit “113” (line 2 on page 105) and substitute “114”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper proposes minor technical amendments as follows:

  • to remove the redundant heading above clause 48; and

  • to correct a cross-reference in clause 8 of Schedule 2.
