Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper replaces the reference in the Bill to the Minister of Biosecurity with a reference to the Minister for Primary Industries and references to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry with references to the Ministry for Primary Industries. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry became the Ministry for Primary Industries on 30 April 2012.

The Supplementary Order Paper also corrects a cross-reference to the Civil Aviation Act 1990.
