Proposed amendments

Hon Christopher Finlayson, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 2

In clause 2, replace “2011” (line 9 on page 3) with “2012”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the commencement date for the Bill. The passage of time requires the reference to 2011 to be updated.
