This Supplementary Order Paper (SOP) amends provisions of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Bill that relate to the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland volcanic cones land, the Picton Office land, and the Wairau Hospital Site, East End.

Clause 5 of the Bill repeals 3 provisions of the Reserves Act 1977. These amendments have now been made by the Reserves Amendment Act 2015 which came into force on 26 March 2015 and, therefore, are redundant.

Clauses 10 and 11 of the Bill concern the Auckland volcanic cones land. The SOP removes these provisions because further consultation is required in relation to this proposal.

Clauses 24 to 27 of the Bill concern the Picton Office land in the Marlborough District. The SOP removes these provisions because further consultation is required in relation to this land.

Clause 31 of the Bill cancels a trust affecting the Wairau Hospital Site, East End. Since the Bill was introduced and reported back from the select committee the trust has been cancelled by other means. Accordingly, this SOP deletes clause 31 and amends clauses 28 and 29(1) to remove references to the Wairau Hospital Site, East End.
