Proposed motion to divide Bill into 3 Bills
Hon Paula Bennett, in Committee, to move as follows:
That the enacting words, clauses 1 and 2, and Part 1 be a separate Bill, and that the enacting words, clauses 1 and 2, and the Part 1 heading be replaced with:
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Housing Amendment Act 2016.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
That Part 2 be a separate Bill, and that the Part 2 heading be replaced with:
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Housing Corporation (Social Housing Reform) Amendment Act 2016.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
That Part 3 be a separate Bill, and that the Part 3 heading be replaced with:

This Act is the Housing Restructuring and Tenancy Matters (Social Housing Reform) Amendment Act 2016.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

This Supplementary Order Paper divides the Social Housing Reform (Transaction Mandate) Bill into the following Bills:
Housing Amendment Bill:
