Proposed amendments to SOP No 197

Hon Amy Adams, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 193

In clause 193(1) (page 100), replace “156” with “160”.

In clause 193(2)(c) (page 100), replace “155.5” with “159.5”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends Supplementary Order Paper 197 to raise the maximum number of District Court Judges that may be appointed from 156 to 160 (clause 193).
