Proposed amendments

Hon Mark Mitchell, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 226

In clause 226(1)(12a), replace “electronic instruments” (page 116, line 15) with “instruments”.

Clause 227

In clause 227(4)(b), replace “is interest” (page 119, line 17) with “interest is”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Land Transfer Bill to correct minor drafting errors in clauses 226 and 227.
