This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Amendment Bill to—

• remove the ability of a professional conduct committee, after completing an investigation into a matter concerning a health practitioner, to determine that, from a specified date, 1 or more conditions be included in the health practitioner’s scope of practice:

• require the Director-General of Health to maintain and publish in the Gazette a list of responsible authorities and the health professions for which the authorities are appointed.
