Proposed amendment

Hon Carmel Sepuloni, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 2

Replace clause 2(1) with:

Sections 4, 5A, 6B, 7, 8, 9, 9A, 9AB, 9AD, 9AF, 9AH, 9C, 11C, 11E, 11F, 13, 15A, 16A, 17B, 18A, 19B, 19C, 20A, 20C, 22A, 22B, 23A, 23B, 25A, 37A, 38A, 38B, 39A, 43B, 47A, 48B, 51A, 52A, 53A, 59B, 61F, 62B, 63A, 65(2), and Part 2 of Schedule 1 come into force on the day that is 2 years after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper inserts into clause 2 references to clauses in the Bill that relate in the main to new provisions relating to scopes of practice so that those clauses come into force 2 years after the date on which the Act receives Royal assent.
