Proposed amendments

Hon Andrew Little, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Schedule 2

In Schedule 2, Part 1, description of area (in which hapū are represented), paragraph (c), replace “37°40′50.9″S and 178°49′42.2″E” (page 74, lines 15 and 16) with “37°40′45.6″S and 178°50′10.1″E”.

In Schedule 2, Part 2, description of area (in which hapū are represented),—

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Ngā Rohe Moana o Ngā Hapū o Ngāti Porou Bill (No 2)—

  • to correct the co-ordinates of certain boundary points of areas that comprise ngā rohe moana o ngā hapū o Ngāti Porou (and in which management arrangements represent hapū):

  • to correct and clarify the co-ordinates of existing structures that are accommodated matters.

Departmental disclosure statement

The Office for Māori Crown Relations—Te Arawhiti considers that a departmental disclosure statement is not required to be prepared for this Supplementary Order Paper.
