New clauses 122A and 122B
After clause 122 (page 33, after line 29), insert:
122A Section 63 amended (Appointment of Registrar, Deputy Registrar, and other officers of Court of Appeal)

In the heading to section 63, replace “Deputy Registrar”
with “Deputy Registrars”

122B Section 64 amended (Powers of Registrar and Deputy Registrar)

Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper inserts new clauses 122A and 122B into the Statutes Amendment Bill. These new clauses amend the Senior Courts Act 2016 to provide for the appointment of more than one Deputy Registrar for the Court of Appeal.
