Proposed amendments
Hon Nanaia Mahuta, in Committee, to move the following amendments:
Clause 4
In clause 4(1), replace “3 ROT 124–166”
(page 6, lines 35 and 36) with “28 ROT 124–166”
.
Schedule 1
In Schedule 1, clause 4(7), replace “1 April 2018”
(page 13, line 31) with “1 April 2019”
.
Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper amends the New Zealand Arts and Crafts Institute Vesting Bill by correcting the following technical errors:
in clause 4(1), correcting the reference number for the Minute Book recording the decision of the Native Land Court of 24 October 1893; and
in clause 4(7) of Schedule 1, correcting the commencement date for the final period (which relates to the final report of the NZMACI) to 2019, not 2018.

Te Puni Kōkiri considers that a departmental disclosure statement is not required to be prepared for this Supplementary Order Paper.
