Proposed amendment

Hon Jan Tinetti, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 2

In clause 2 (page 3, line 7), replace “30 April 2021” with “1 February 2022”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the commencement clause of the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification (Urgent Interim Classification of Publications and Prevention of Online Harm) Amendment Bill so that it will come into force on 1 February 2022.
