Proposed amendment

Hon Dr David Clark, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 2

In clause 2, replace “August” (page 6, line 5) with “September”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the proposed commencement date of the Bill from 1 August 2022 to 1 September 2022.

Departmental disclosure statement

Statistics New Zealand considers that a departmental disclosure statement is not required to be prepared for this Supplementary Order Paper.
