That the enacting words, clauses 1 and 2, and Parts 1 to 3 and Schedules 1 to 3 be a separate Bill, and that the enacting words and clauses 1 and 2 be replaced with:
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Tauranga Moana Iwi Collective Redress Act 2015.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent.
That Parts 4 to 6 and Schedules 4 to 6 be a separate Bill and, before the Part 4 heading, insert:
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Ngā Hapū o Ngāti Ranginui Claims Settlement Act 2015.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after Royal assent.

This Amendment Paper divides the Tauranga Moana Iwi Collective Redress and Ngā Hapū o Ngāti Ranginui Claims Settlement Bill into the following 2 Bills:
