Waste Minimisation Bill

Proposed amendment to Commencement clause

Nicky Wagner, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 2

To omit “Part 3 and section 60 come” in subclause (1) and substitute “This Act comes”.

To omit subclause (2).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Waste Minimisation Bill. The proposed amendment is required to ensure that the whole bill comes into force at the beginning of a financial year.
