Proposed amendment
Denis O'Rourke, in Committee, to move the following amendment:
Clause 10
Delete new section 15A(2) (page 5, lines 23 to 27).
Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper deletes new section 15A(2) in clause 10 to eliminate any suggestion that people in the 65 plus age group are less able to perform jury duties and contribute to society to their highest ability.
