Proposed amendment

Metiria Turei, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 6

Delete clause 6 (lines 9 to 23 on page 5).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the New Zealand International Convention Centre Bill. Clause 6 authorises the regulatory concessions agreed between the Crown and SKYCITY. This Supplementary Order Paper deletes this provision.
