Proposed amendment

Jacinda Ardern, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 132

Delete clause 132 (page 88, lines 20 to 25).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper deletes clause 132 of the Bill to remove the requirement for Judges to retire at age 70.
