Proposed amendments

Fletcher Tabuteau, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 5

Replace clause 5 (page 2, lines 22 and 23) with:

5 Section 226 amended (Crown contribution: kick-start contributions)

In section 226(3), replace “$1,000” with “$500”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper would replace clause 5, amending section 226 to ensure that individuals that are born in New Zealand are eligible for a kick-start contribution.
