Proposed amendment to SOP No 25

Hon Louise Upston, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Part 4, clause 191

In clause 191, subclause (3), replace “in a relationship” (page 127) with “married or in a civil union or in a de facto relationship”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends SOP No 25 amending the Social Security Legislation Rewrite Bill, amending clause 191 to specify the types of relationships which are applicable to this clause.
