Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Social Assistance Legislation (Budget 2019 Welfare Package) Amendment Bill. It seeks to ensure that there is enough time to adjust to the changes being proposed in the Bill by changing the date of effect to the year 2021.
